Miami, March 12,2012.- The case of Retired Army Mayor Milton Revilla-Soto is a very serious matter due to the grave violations to human rights that could only be understood by the interest of the Venezuelan government to incarcerate this person while being innocent, in order to punish him and prevent him from appearing to declare in the Spanish National Court, where he was summoned to appearing to declare on July 5, 2011 at 11am, in Madrid, Spain, for the proceedings of the case regarding the relationship ETA-FARC as well as the evidences of cooperation of members of the government of Hugo Chavez with these terrorist organizations.
